I was born in Germany and I live there with my husband and four children. Extended stays in Pakistan, the Philippines and Ethiopia and the encounter with the respective natural and spiritual world have greatly enriched my life and inspired me as an artist.
My intention is to give color a space. The images try to go beyond the frames with the goal of filling the rooms with color.
My goal with painting is a desire to interpret life through colors, to realize in form and color what cannot be said by words.
In this complex world I endeavor to create, through two- or three dimensional paintings, the proximity of a fourth dimension, to immerse the viewer into the world of color, to touch her and him. This is what gives meaning to my paintings.
